Create Tracking Category Options in xero

We are using the sync that updates the Xero Project tracking category with [Project Code] [Project Name] when an invoice is posted.

However we need to manually create the tracking category option in Xero each time a new Project is added. Are we able to automate this so that when a new project is added it updates the tracking category option in Xero.
