Frozen project stages should still show in project planner

We often freeze project stages to prevent staff logging time in the wrong stage. However we still want to be able to plan the resourcing in the project planner. If we freeze the stage these don’t show up in the planner. It should be possible to block stages from timesheets without affecting anything else.

    Please note that these can still be accessed in the Project Planner. Under the Project Filter Setting options, there is a toggle to choose to hide or include them:
