Project support resource filter

Hi Fresh,

1. We wanted to find out is it possible on the projects view to add a Project support column ( a column that shows the resource that is assigned to the project) on the first view. Check blue column below.

1. Is it possible to introduce a flag that indicate if any of the projects have expenses/man hours where the actual hours are greater than the budget. See red flag and grey block below.

We just want to understand if this is something that will require development from your end or the feature its already available and can be enabled by our admin please advise.
